We accept most major PPO and HMO plans including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Horizon BCBS, and Medicare. Research consultation visits are typically billed as standard office visits. Uninsured patients are offered a sliding-scale fee schedule reviewed quarterly. A billing coordinator is available every Thursday afternoon for in-person questions — no appointment needed.
